In January, our team brave the cold weather to tend to our sheep. They ensure the sheep are well fed and their bedding is fresh, as well as scanning our ewes with ultrasound so we know how many lambs to expect.
This month our final sugar beet is also lifted and sent to our local factory, Cantley, to be processed into Silver Spoon sugar.
